Our business was founded in 2002 as Custom Home Theater, operated and managed by Ryan Thurston, and quickly became Maine's premier audio/video company. In 2016, Ryan Thurston and Brian Bishop purchased the company and re-branded it after Ryan partnered with Brian, who had founded Cloud MIS in 2013. Since then, we have been committed to delivering the finest quality audio/video, home theater, and smart home technology solutions. We pride ourselves on creating custom experiences for each client regardless of budget. In addition, we back our efforts with unparalleled customer support. Our continuous growth has enabled us to serve clients beyond our offices in Metro West Massachusetts, with our design center and showroom in Brunswick, Maine. We serve all of Maine, Eastern Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and beyond with two regional offices. As audio/video and home automation technology experts, we focus on every aspect of the home technology experience, including sales, consultation, design, implementation, and support. To ensure our solutions deliver an incomparable experience, we carry the industry's finest brands, including McIntosh, Focal, Bowers and Wilkins, Sonus Faber, Classe, Sony, Control 4, and many more.
